When relocating, you probably won't have the time to look at every conceivable area listing. At best, you might get visit a couple dozen, so narrow down the list first thing with these tips:

• Come into town with two lists: One should be of things you must have. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn't even meet your needs, we can obviously cross it off the list.
• Have an established price range. This could be based on loan pre-approval or a safe estimate of how much you'll get from selling your present home.
• Think about drive time to your job or other activities. Traffic around Big Lake could be different than what you're accustomed to, so letuse know how long a commute you're willing to undertake.

We can send you some top recommendations before we meet in person. Or you could already have some favorite listings you could share with us based on your own research. While seeing listing photos on the web is helpful, there's nothing like seeing homes in person. Let us set up any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. We could go to up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
